Where did jenesaisquoiiiii come from?My family and I would travel frequently so staying at home, and not being able to travel due to COVID-19 was rough. I would find myself going down rabbit holes of stalking influencers' old travel posts and going through my camera roll. That is when I had the idea of creating an Instagram page where I could post all of the photos I had from my years of travel. I was trying to come up with a cool username when nothing would come to mind. That is when “je ne sais quoi” which means “I don’t know” came to mind. I literally didn’t know what to name the username so I went with it in French cause it sounded better!

I am 18 and a student at a community college in my hometown. I have been raised in a small town in the Tri-Valley of the Bay Area in California. Growing up I would always be either singing, dancing or being dressed up by my mom (however, the red cowboy boots were my idea). I have an unhealthy addiction to coffee, will spend hours online browsing, and am the type to fixate on a song and play it repeadtly till I find a new song.
